Dr. Rakich and his associates are AMAZING!!! I had a difficult root canal done in his office "on the fly" when my dentist's office called his to set an appointment up for me, his office fit me in immediately so I was able to handle everything same day. He did an amazing job with no pain and he and his staff put me immediately at ease and kept me there all through the entire procedure. He even personally called me that evening to see how I was feeling and ask if I needed anything.

If given the choice, I'll NEVER see anyone else for this type of treatment. Thank you to him and his staff for the best possible experience.

Poor service and communication. Their phone always goes to voicemail and no one returns the patient calls. My dad has been calling for 2 weeks. There are 2 issues: (1) The VA pharmacy hadn’t received the fax of my dad’s prescription. (2) He went in for root canals and there was a mistake or misunderstanding regarding how many root canals were supposed to be completed.

My dad was trying to get a hold of someone in the office to fax over the prescription to the VA. The VA pharmacy specifically wanted a fax vs a paper copy of the prescription, but since no one returned my dad’s calls, he ended up going over to the VA to handle it in person. The VA dentist recommended 2 root canals and referred him to Dr Rakich. They made my dad come back a second time because they couldn’t finish the job in one sitting; they said they didn’t have enough time to finish. It was very inconvenient for my dad to have to come back a second time.

Then my dad finds out they ended up doing a 3rd root canal without him realizing until it was already done. Only 2 root canals were discussed, yet Dr Rakich did another one without full and clear explanation to my dad beforehand.

Dr Rakich is relaxed, steady-handed, and I'm guessing he could do a root canal in his sleep! His expertise, confidence, and calm bedside manor made my experience so easy that my wife is also seeing him. His staff is professional, always answers the phone, and mirror his calm demeanor which makes for a very positive office atmosphere. A++ Thanks Doc, I didn't even feel that shot!

Dr. Rakich was wonderful. He and the assistant made me feel very comfortable and he talked to me about what he was doing the entire time. Even the shots of anesthetic were painless.

Great bedside manner and calmed my nerves a lot. The woman that answers the phones was very nice the few times we talked on the phone and she helped me get an appointment quickly. Would recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal.
