I was referred by my dentist to Endo Inc for a CBCT scan of an infected tooth to evaluate if there is a fracture and if tooth is restorable. I was using my phone's Google Maps to locate their Danvers location and got lost as it brought me into a residential area. I called the office and the receptionist Olive talked me to their location. Olive was very helpful and professional during my office visit. Julie did some x-rays and the CBCT scan and was also very professional as the assistant to Dr. Maloff. Dr.
Maloff was very professional and congenial and explained how a Root canal was needed and recommended be done during this visit. He and Julie were very calming during the whole procedure. I got a follow-up call the next day from the office. Nice touch. Highly recommend this office for a satisfying experience.

My whole experience at Endo Inc was excellent. The receptionists and x-ray techs were friendly, fast and professional . Dr. Makkar constantly made sure I was comfortable during my 2 root canals. The root canals were painless and thorough and my teeth have never felt better. I wish I had gone to her 10 years ago. Thank you Dr. Makkar!

I can only express my highest regard for Dr. Makkar—her kindness, gentleness, and remarkable efficiency create an atmosphere of immediate reassurance. Her entire team embodies these same values. My consultation required a longer wait, I did not realized that as I was accommodated between appointments at my own request to make use of my FSA benefit before the year’s end. Yet, despite this, I was struck by the professionalism with which they managed my frustration, transforming it into admiration.
Their unwavering dedication, compassion, and excellence truly set them apart. Without hesitation, I can say this is the finest care I have experienced, particularly thanks to Dr. Makkar and her outstanding front desk team.

This office is wonderful. Put me at ease for my procedure. Very focus on keeping me comfortable throughout the entire process. Would recommend 100%! Dr. Makkar was kind and gentle and put me at ease. Her assistant Julie was just as wonderful.
