i have very bad experience im pregnant 22 weeks. doctor give me referal to deep clean teeth and to call to make an appointment to university dental they not accept email and fax only by weby site they need my x-rays and referlas. and this appointment will do my dental doctor, but my doctor said we not do anything by website doctor and yell at me. go to there with your referal and that it she said. i ask i don’t have their adress which number doctor gave me that was wrong they give me another number anyway doctor was so rude i not gonna go to there anymore.
and she clean theeth very bad and painfull. i not recommend this dentist dont go there. she just clean simple.

I came in today is was a complete waste of my time! I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy, I had a total of 3 appointments today. One of them being for my son 5, who needed his dental exam form filled out for kindergarten round up coming in April 2024! When I called to schedule I made that very clear! That I needed this form completed. (Side note)”My son doctor’s office had them available for parents. ” It’s clearly that time of year! I go in to the office, they don’t have any dental exam forms! that’s okay I can pull it up myself. I get the form pulled up, they are trying to rush me out the door and refuse to do the form! No other patients were in the office.
She stated I would have to come back in April! For a cleaning! I believe, she told me I had to come back because they are trying to suck money out of my insurance. I have “UPMC for you”. It’s government insurance and because I’m in medical billing and coding, I know first hand that government only pays a 3rd of the billed amount. So by scheduling multiple visits they receive more money. You can only bill certain codes at certain times, when it comes to insurance.
I called in for a new patient visit and a dental exam. She did a quick, five minute exam on my son’s teeth, rushed me out the door and refused to do the dental exam form! I do not recommend complete waste of time. INSURANCE FRAUD! I will be reporting them to the Medical Board as well as my insurance provider to inform them of my concerns about this provider!

I was coming in as a new patient. They took me the same day. The receptionist was very nice and kind. The dentist office was clean. The Dentist was very nice and listened to my concerns. I also took my 5yr old for a cleaning. She was also gentle with her. My cleaning was done really well. I highly recommend them.

Went for my X-rays and exam today. The dentist was very warm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and I’m always nervous when going to the dentist. Going for my cleaning tomorrow, so I’ll be back for that review!! So far so good!!
