I recently underwent a wisdom tooth extraction for two of my teeth, one of which was causing damage to an adjacent tooth (see attached photo). From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring I was comfortable while I waited for my appointment. Dr. Isaac was the epitome of professionalism. He took the time to discuss my dental concerns in detail, addressing all my questions and providing a clear understanding of why the extraction was necessary. I appreciated his transparency; he explained the entire process step by step, which helped alleviate my anxiety about the procedure.

His straightforward approach made it clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. During the extraction, I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive Dr. Isaac was. He checked on me frequently, ensuring I was comfortable and that the procedure was progressing smoothly. It was evident that he has a lot of experience, and his calm demeanor helped put me at ease. After the procedure, Dr. Isaac and the front desk staff provided thorough aftercare instructions, covering everything from pain management to dietary restrictions.

They made sure I understood what to expect during my recovery, which further eased my concerns. Overall, my experience at the dental office was excellent from start to finish. I left feeling confident in my care and knowing that I could reach out to the office if I had any questions or concerns post-surgery. My experience at Emergency dentist NYC was amazing. Being from out of town and breaking a crowned molar on a holiday, I was definitely nervous about any options I could find. The office had many positive reviews online, and I was able to get in on Easter Sunday. Jacqueline in the front office was so compassionate and understanding to my situation, and put me in with Dr. Isaac right away. Dr.

Isaac and his staff treated my case with care and concern from beginning to end. It turned into an emergency surgical extraction with a graft, all done in office. Dr. Isaac was extremely attentive to how I was doing throughout the procedure and even personally called me that evening to follow up with any questions or concerns. I would go to this practice for any dental need after this visit, and highly recommend them for anyone needing dental care.

We had a great experience. Brought my 15 yr old brother here who was visiting from out of state. It was 4th of July he had severe pain and needed an extraction. Of course it will be more expensive being an emergency dental office in NYC, well worth it.

Office is very clean, staff was great and Dr. Issac is very knowledgeable and nice. So thankful to find this place on a holiday and see my brother out of pain.
