This place charges $90 for an exam and around $600 to pull a tooth. Doesn't take very many forms of insurance. Despite being based in a low income community, doesn't take any state subsidized insurance. Isn't very busy, probably because they're scalping people.

I went to emergency dental/federal way dental excellence. My appointment for today was at 3pm and I had went to get my tooth extracted remove that cause if me pain and swollen and because of it I developed higher temperature as scheduled to my appointment time and older lady who treated to call the police because I ask her way wasn’t I helped but people that came after me was help whole I was still standing to turn my paper in. . I ask to speak to a manager she never said any thing but “get out I am calling the police we refuse to service you”so I waited will in pain and swollen face and turn down.

So while I waited for the police I still like to see the Manager and the other receptionist told me he was with a client and I told them that I will be waiting since so I went to the car to gab my phone and tell me friend what happened and asked me to leave at this time the manger come out I was on the phone. The manager talking to while she still on the phone lie on how I was harressing her. He stated I was raising my voice and he didn’t like it so then I soften my voice then he would claim that I was making fun of him so all the way around and the I spoke with the police and got incident # and black woman turn of service. .

experience was super horrible and I would not recommend anyone to go and be treated what a company that has Karen as a receptionist and I don’t know what else to blame it on I never got any reasons why they reject me and set me back home with 101° swollen face and painful tooth that need to be remove. My experience very horrible very disappointed.

I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need. The staff are completely professional knowledgeable and outstanding. Vanessa is the greatest. She is very caring and compassionate towards her patients. She goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They don’t judgment or make you feel bad for your lack of dental care.

They care about your needs and well being overall. No procedure is to difficult for them. It may seem strange to hear but we “love” this dental office. Dr Lou is great and had a wonderful personality. Mrs. K ( the front desk person) is also very helpful and out going.

We feel heard and confident that they will do their best to get the job done. We are pleased to know that despite COVID-19 they are still open for services and willing to stay as long as needed to take care of their parents. These ladies are clearly worth more then what there probably getting paid. So if you go to this office for dental work they love Starbucks lol! Thank you guys for all your hard work.
