Would give zero stars if possible I went this past Thursday to my appointment was in pain already for five days told doctor opimo about it and they referred me to get all my teeth pulled and that's fine it's what I want to do but he didn't even take time to check my mouth for a teeth in the front that is completely bothering for now 8 days! I'm in extreme pain have not slept in 42 hours and counting called tried to get in for a emergency extraction . .

so fast forward they call me back and make the appointment two days from now when I have already been in horrendous pain for 8 days! Also she tells me opimo can't prescribe me pain meds after the extraction? Who does that I get it people addicted to such things but that's not me and was extremely rude to say to someone who is in extreme pain! Idc about no meds I just want the tooth pulled I will not be returning here I will find me another place who treats people better and cares for how people are in pain and want to help them I would like to see you guys set 8 days with a extreme toothache and see how long you can wait ridiculous . .

it's a shame won't help someone in need im in so much pain it's ridiculous but that's ok ill find a dentist to take care of me!!!

Made it 35 years without ever seeing a dentist due to fear and anxiety about my teeth. Had a couple removed by Dr. Opimo, and feel like I was a fool for most of my life. Process was quick and mostly painless.

Here I am 3 days after, and I'm still waiting on the pain, soreness, and swelling to start. While I'm pretty disappointed by the thing I was afraid of for so long, I'm not disappointed at all by Dr. Opimo's office.

Wonderful Staff! I can't recommend this office enough. This is coming from someone who has had a fear of dentists since before the age of 5 and had an awful experience at another office just this morning. Mary was warm and welcoming on the phone as i told her about what i had experienced.

She got me in within an hour to see Sarah, who is an amazing and reassuring hygienist. Absolutely everyone else I spoke to or came into contact with was super nice! I'm new to the area, I'm pleased to say I've found the dental office I and my son will be going to for years to come. Thank you, Eller & Opimo DDS!!!

I had a crown replaced during Covid, it had fallen off and I called they could see me in two weeks because limited openings and only seeing “emergent” cases. Okay! Well, 4 days before the appointment they call to cancel because they’re only seeing emergency patients and I am not that… I explain the appointment was made within the last two weeks and I have an exposed tooth. I still have emails from the office manager that were rude. I saw a female dentist there who was new and said things like “I’d never been in a dental office before now except to help my dad with his filing”, she or the hygienist mentioned I had some sinus clouding like I should know what that means, they replaced the crown after thousands of dollars and two long appointments. It was uncomfortable and I went back to have it checked, the assistant laughs and condescendingly tells me I can’t have pain in that tooth because I don’t have nerves left.

That it’s probably sore from the swelling and basically I just don’t have a pain tolerance. Okay. They have so many rave reviews I trust this. Fast forward I am getting cleanings regularly and have dental pain, I go to a new dentist, who says I definitely need to go to an endodontist, I wait in extreme discomfort for that referral to within 10 minutes be told I have an abscess that has likely been there since the crown replacement and I need to go to an oral surgeon. I lost the tooth and because the infection has eaten through to my sinus cavity, I also last part of my jaw bone and will be getting a bone graft and implant.

Because the crown was never seated properly and I had large marginal occlusion I am told. All of this because instead of checking their work or caring about a human being they assume I’m being overly dramatic and or lying about pain.
