I had a 9 AM appointment today at elite dental and they called me at 8:35 to tell me that they scheduled me for a doctor that doesn’t work on Mondays and Fridays. My question is, how were you able to schedule me with a doctor that doesn’t work on Mondays and Fridays on your scheduling system? They had to mean that it was appointment available because the scheduling service wouldn’t allow you to schedule an appointment if it was no appointment available. Since May the first week of May for this appointment and now they’re calling me at the last moment telling me that I need to reschedule my appointment.

Do not go here if you Medicare or Medicaid and you’re looking for a local dentist just keep looking because this is not it. This is not properly managed and only one doctor at a time and multiple patients and multiple assistance that cannot really assist so what’s the point this seems like a Medicare scam or Medicaid scam Reporting them to my insurance company

People are nice but there are not enough doctors so you don’t receive good service. Time is valuable as we have families and work life so when you take out the time for a medical visit you don’t expect to wait for hours to be seen . What makes it worse is staff giving you fake times when the doctor will be in like , oh 5 minutes or 30 when it’s hours more.

I don’t know who has the time to sit at the dentist all day but I don’t.

Today was my first time receiving service from this office. There were a few things that I experienced that has me uninterested in returning. Language, personality/disposition of the dentist/ lack of professionalism while interacting with another patient. I became uncomfortable by the way someone else was treated. . The patient was right, the dentist kept interrupting her from talking/ asking the question/making the statement that she was trying to make. I almost left without the cleaning. .

Me personally; I’d have to give credit to the person who gave my x-rays. . I can’t recall his name but he has red hair, he was very professional and knowledgeable and careful while performing the x-ray. . Otherwise, I’m thankful to have had my teeth cleaned at a convenient location but. . that’ll be it for me.

Used to love this place been going since I was younger staff sweet and outgoing no doubt but I thing it's wrong to have people booked for an appointment and just not be there it's "out of their hands because the dentist left" so I stood outside in the blazing heat because I couldn't understand why my appointment is yesterday at 230 I was there on time doors locked people sitting there but Noone letting anyone in so they made a gesture to call I'm like why I'm right here in the flesh it's hot I have a tablet at home not a mobile phone at the moment the phone my buddy bring out was on 1 we had used it for the bus and work and it's very slow by time I pulled up their number it died and I was just hot and disappointed misses my appointment made my way back home and didn't get to reschedule until just now where they said next availability is August I just think it's suuuuper wrong because I feel like shit now I already had to wait forever should have listened to my gut I didn't even want to go yesterday wanted to reschedule but still showed just for the whole dentist to leave couldn't give anyone a heads up? Now I have to wait longer which is more stressful responsible clients like me actually want to take care of our priorities especially teeth and it's a shame we have to work around incompetent, unprofessional, inconsiderate service workers I don't feel good about leaving this review but I actually love this place and they disappointed big time I want to find a whole different dentist that prioritize their work I'd hate to have a scheduled surgery somewhere and the dam surgeon leaves before I arrive and I have to cancel until next month availability 💀 unfair.
