The dentists themselves are usually really good and nice except the ladies at the reception. I remember once I was 17 and I didn't have a job because my mother preferred I didnt work. One of the ladies said well you're 17 you should get a job and pay everything that you owe. She had no right to say that especially to a stranger. Today I came in and the lady didn't greet me.

They seem entitled and I didn't feel welcomed. Also you will be waiting here for more than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment. I waited for over 20 minutes and got here exactly at my scheduled time yet they had other patients go before me.

Do not have any dental work done by Dr. Julia Solov. If possible, completely avoid this dentist. Find another clinic. Tenga cuidado al realizar cualquier trabajo dental con la Dra. Julia Solov. About two weeks before this review I went in for cavity fillings. During my flossing routine a chunk of filling came off which was followed by constant pain in the tooth affected.

I went a week later. Dr. Julia Solov proceeded to barely inspect my tooth. The entire check up was less than 3 minutes. Dr. Julia Solov said all my cavity fillings were there and she did not know what was wrong almost as if what I was saying was false. She did not bother to spend any more time potentially looking for the cause of my discomfort other than her 30 second glance and tapping on my teeth. No health care professional should spend only 30 seconds examining a pain or discomfort a patient is experiencing.

What health care worker spends only 30 seconds to examine an issue? An absolute and utter disregard for any concerns I raised and a waste of my time with this "professional'. Her only comment and recommendation that my cavity was too deep and to come back in one month and left the room. She proceeded to have a very dismissive and unprofessional demeanor acting like there was nothing she could do. Ridiculous, and unacceptable I am not surprised when I saw her reviews at other dental offices which all say similar things. Check for yourself and google Julia Solov. Save yourself time and find a real dental clinic.

My best piece of advice is to stay away from this place. I came in here a month ago for a cleaning and X-rays and saw Dr. Ektera. He was a nice guy and told me that I had one cavity and that my previous fillings on 2 teeth would have to be done again. So I make an appointment for the following month and apparently only Dr. Solis can do that procedure which I thought was odd. So I come in and was just met with a very cold bedside manner from her.

Borderline rude at times. I was then told that I had 4 cavities…a month later from my other appointment. They were clueless when I was questioning it and even mentioned possibly needing a root canal. Just a complete mess at this place, their communication sucks, their bedside manner sucks and they can’t even be consistent with what treatment you really need. Like I said, stay away.

I want to take the time out and say that everyone here is very polite and professional. I have anxiety real bad and they made me feel real comfortable. I appreciate the dentist and all the ladies in the office. Thank you guys very much
