I don't know why Dr. Ma got a random 1 star review. I have moved around quite a bit and have seen many dentists over the years. Dr. Ma is the best dentist by far. I only wish I had seen her sooner, in which case I would have saved one of my teeth lost due to over-treatment.
She went through my X-rays and analyzed each of the "shadows" that other doctors urged me to fix and told me that all of them are not of concern except one. And when she operated on that one she then told me that what she believed should be done and if not what would happen. Her predictions proved to be exactly right every single time. Her techniques are superb. She is not the kind of doctor who push procedures on you, but rather look out for your overall long term oral health. She is also extremely personable and responsible and always on time.
Her staff is also extremely efficient and capable. Once I found her I do not wish to see any other dentists. I recommended her to all of my friends. But I warn them that sometimes they have to wait a while to get an appointment.

She's the most gentle dentist, she ease my anxiety. I'm so glad we switched to her many years ago! I had Dr. Choy before. It was night and day! Someone who really cares about her patients!
