I have been going here for a few years and always was received great treatment so much that I talked my wife in to going here. We looked for an insurance that had this practice in their network but we may be paying insurance for nothing. When I double checked a month or so ago for our next cleaning appointment, I was told we did not have one scheduled and the next available appointment is not until July 3, 2025. Not 2024 but 2025. Loved this practice but I guess others also do because it sounds like it grew so much they can not handle their loyal customers.

Thank you very much for the call and getting us in for a check-up. I unfortunately have several teeth that need work and it would have been bad if I had to wait until next July. I made a few appointments for work to be done but now how do I receive an estimate for the care ? My wife was also complaining her cheek was bothering her. Dr. Curling noticed there was a piece of a root tip still in that area that a surgeon in another dental practice said he removed.

Dr. Curling forwarded info to the other dental surgery practice to have them finish the work my wife already paid to have removed about 6 months ago. Thank you again for caring and your quick response.

Such a great dental office. They are always so kind and empathetic whenever I call. Whether it's for a routine cleaning or because I've had something happen, they're always pleasant to work with. Stephanie in scheduling is so kind and empathetic to every situation and really does her best to get you in at a time that works. The clinical staff is amazing as well.

Very reassuring and calming especially for someone who has a bit of dental anxiety. I really enjoy Edinburgh Family Dentistry and have recommended them to several friends and coworkers. Been coming here for several years and will continue to come for any dental work I need.

I had a large piece of my upper partial break off the week before the wife and I were heading to Florida for a month. Incredibly, EFD was able to get me in the day after I called them, where Dr MacDonald did an amazing job of reattaching the broken section.

3 days later I was on my way to FL!! Thank you Edinburgh Family Denistry for getting me in so quickly, and special thanks to Dr. MacDonald for your outstanding work!

Tried to call and get a new patient appointment and was told that they are currently booking new patients for June 2026. I don't understand why you would even say you were accepting new patients at this rate. If you are looking for services any time soon, find a different dentist.
