Don’t waste time and money with this dentist, because they completely messed up my husband root canal. Instead of making sure it’s completely treated they went and put crown after root canal without making sure its all treated even after he mentioned a week later when he went to follow up there is something still bothering me in that tooth thats when they said it’s completely normal. After I asked my husband to change his dentist. He went to a different dentist and so they did x-ray finding out that he developed an infection in that bone tooth .

My husband went back to see what they can do about that since we paid a lot of money for root canal and crown in that Edge Water family dentist but what they did send him to their specialist because the infection was deep in bone and what so interesting that the specialist that they referred him said if the root canal was properly and correctly done you wouldn’t have a infection in that tooth. ( wasted another $400 for specialist) . I was on the phone with them hours about this situation and he said I will talk to my manager and will get back to you about this . Waited a day called them back mentioning that I was waiting for a call from you guys ,he said I never mentioned that I will call you back.

We end up of course paying a lot of money again going to different dentist to get proper dental care. After them messing up his tooth of course we were not trying to get re treated in that office but we were hoping so they can pay for their mistakes so he can get retreated with better dental office.

My son went to Edgewater dentist and had a very good experience. While the dentist was checking his teeth my other son started talking about pizza. The dentist took the time to listen and tell her story about pizza. Before we knew it she was finished with her exam. The hygienist did a great job also.
