Been in this facility for more than 2 years now to correct the little space on my front teeth, I choose to do the Invisalign. To cut the story short, today I just finished wearing the brace that uses a band pulling the tooth downward. Danielle removed my Braces, cleaned my teeth, took pictures of my corrected smile, did measurement for new retainer, all is done quickly. Then Dr. Eckley did the final checkup and polishing. And my new retainer was ready in just few minutes❣️ I like that I don’t need to come back to get it.

Also it’s nice that they’re sending an email/text every time to remind patient’s about appointments. All the staff are nice and professional. Facility is very modern and clean. Kudos to the entire team. Thank you!

After seeing how upset I have been my husband encouraged me to leave an honest review. My Invisalign results look nothing like the projected image I was shown at the beginning of treatment for projected results. I wanted my teeth straightened after being self conscious about them my entire life. I had a gap with turned teeth and with the end results I still have a gap with turned teeth but I'm out over $5000 dollars and lost my chance for straight teeth. The front tooth gap partially closed at the top but within 2 days of wearing the poorly fitting retainer it opened back up . The retainer doesn't go over and around my back teeth it just lays on top of them. I was told by one Orthodontist that they could work with me remotely to get the results I wanted but a different orthodontist had different plans. He said " plastic can only do so much" .

. if that's the case why did you send me a letter saying I was a great candidate for Invisalign? They didn't put buttons on my front teeth at first so the aligners would just slide back off and would just tell me to increase the chewies usage. I chewed on those things constantly with no results. Once they put the buttons on my front teeth they finally would stay on. That took maybe 8 months before they did that. The aligners also caused gum recession which is very painful and was brushed off when I mentioned it. I was then told any follow up appointment I needed would be $45 . I was shocked by this considering I didn't get my teeth straightened 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have also never been harassed before over a bill that I'm actually paying and if you call asking why she asks you if you want to make an extra payment nevermind that you have an agreed upon payment plan.

I am still paying for this . It's absolutely ridiculous and I hope my review helps someone else to not make the same mistake of choosing Invisalign. My bite isn't even and doesn't touch on one side. I'm not a confrontational person so I tried to make the best of it but it was a very expensive mistake. There's much more I could add and I think I was pretty clear . No need to provide "clarity" again.
