I had a tooth filling done at the Jefferson location by Dr. Chris. It appears that the procedure was done well; but I was not happy with his and his assistant's bedside manner. The only time I was spoken to during the procedure was when the anesthesia block was done and asking if I felt any pain. Throughout the procedure I was never asked if I was doing okay and not talked to about the various steps he was doing. Him and his assistant talked and laughed continually discussing personal stuff not professional information about the procedure.
My previous experiences at the Fort office have always been excellent with Dr. Eby and her assistant talking to me, explaining each step being done. I will not return to the Jefferson office and plan to go back to the Fort office. I switched my cleaning with Kelly in the Jefferson office to the Fort office on 25th.

I always feel very comfortable when going to the dentist knowing this team is there. From the receptionist to the doctor they always make me feel important and listen to my needs. This visit was a cleaning and check up. Having some issues with my jaw and doctor helped with what he recommends. Thank you Eby Dental

My appointment went fine, everyone was friendly and the cleaning and exam went fine. I would have liked to see my x-rays when the dentist told me I needed a crown. I would like someone to call me about the crown needed. Also, I wish I had gotten a complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste/mouthwash. .
. . all the other dentists I have gone to give you those at the end of your appointment. But the visit was just fine.
