If I could give a zero rating, I would. This place is ridiculous. I used to love them until I went there for my appointment.

I wasn’t sure if they accepted my new insurance. So I asked the front desk lady to make sure they accepted it because I was so worried they wouldn't, so she took it and said they did. So.

I went and sat in the waiting room got called back, and they started doing my cavity fill. When they were halfway through my cavity fill a lady came in and said they didn’t accept my insurance and said they can come up with payment options which is absolutely absurd that they did that to me, so after I got my cavity filled I talked to a lady, and she said I needed to pay 200 something dollars by this time and I explained everything that happened fast-forward a few days they called my father to tell him I owed them 200 something dollars and told my dad that I was lying about what happened and that I never gave the front desk lady my insurance card to check if they accepted it before my appointment which is SO SO unprofessional and childish.

Great dental practice from every aspect. Dr. Cabrera has restored 2 molars for me with crowns and they fit like a glove. Office is well run! Clean, efficient and friendly. As a former dental hygienist I.couldn’t be happier with my care!

I have been going to Eastview Dental for more than 30 years (started going as a child). I like that they run on time, the staff is professional and friendly, the office clean and modern and the teeth cleaning and other dental work thorough. I especially like Dr. O'Brien and Jennifer the hygienist.

I schedule my appointments based on Jennifer's availability, scheduling my cleanings a year in advance so I can get with her (her schedule fills up way in advance). I have seen other hygienists at the practice, and they were fine, but Jennifer is more meticulous and detail-oriented. I say this as someone who is obsessed with oral health/particular about a really good teeth cleaning. Ex: I do not drink anything that will stain my teeth, I brush 2-3 times a day and go to the dentist twice a year every year, religiously.

I like them enough that even when I lived on the west side of Albany county, I kept Eastview as my dentist's office. I highly recommend Eastview for adults seeking regular Dental Care.
