Dentist and hygienist do a great job. Scheduling seems to be an issue… my appointment was at 10:30 and I wasn’t seen by the dentist until after 11. They then sent me back into the waiting room where I didn’t see the hygienist until 11:30. So for a 10:30 appointment, I wasn’t finished until around 12:00. It simply shouldn’t take that long.

My experience last year was not as pleasant the staff I encountered was very rude. I thought this may be an isolated incident since some of my family member goes there also and said there experiences were ok. I decided to try this time and if my experience is the same as the last time I will change my dentist. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to have my filling done. The appointment was fast there was no delay.
The staffs were very nice and professional which was a big deal to me. I work in healthcare and I believe that anyone that comes for care should be treated with, compassion, dignity, and respect. This was a good experience. Thank you.

My trip to Eastern Dental today was phenomenal. From the moment I was greeted by the kind gentleman at the front desk, to the sweet lady who took my X-rays, to the efficient and professional doctor who examined my teeth, to the thorough and thoughtful hygienist. I walked out of the dentist happy and well taken care of.
As long as this staff is at Eastern Dental, you won't find me going anywhere else. 100% worth the 25 minute drive. See you all in 6 months!
