I’ve been a patient here for the past 5 years. Everyone is wonderful and great at their jobs - receptionists, hygienists, dentists, everybody. The staff remembers little details about patients like how I have sensitive teeth. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their dental experience.

I've been going to Dr. Patel for over 4 years now and am very pleased with the visits every time. Helena does an exceptional job and is very meticulous providing a thorough cleaning. Staff is very kind and welcoming! I would seek additional necessary services in future while continuing existing ones.

Our family has been going to East Windsor Dental Arts for 4 years now and I cannot say enough positive words about them! Such a wonderful experience and I really feel like they care about our family as more than just a name on a clipboard. From the very first interaction, the receptionist Jennifer has been so personable and made the process easy and hassle free. She talks to us in the waiting room and recalls events from the last conversation that always helps put us at ease. Helina is our hygienist and she makes every interaction personable! Talking about kids, moments of them growing up and recalling conversations from our last visit comes so natural to her. My teeth feel and look absolutely amazing after she is done! Her attention to detail is appreciated.
I suffer from gums that bleed easy since I sleep with my mouth open and she takes extra care not to aggravate them while cleaning thoroughly and taking care of my coffee stains from having rough enamel. Dr. Patel has done an amazing job with routine dental work as well as orthodontic work on our son. Our son has had braces for almost a year and the visits are looked forward to. I have heard no complaints of pain and the work has been very high quality! Only a year in and our son is excited about the results already! I really felt at ease with the process of using our family dentist when it came to the "braces talk" instead of switching to a different practice that I had no reputation and trust built up with already.
Dr. Patel really listens to our son and me as well when it comes to concerns, questions and time constraints. He is honest and I never hesitate to follow his recommendations. If you are looking for a new dental office or a change, I would 100% recommend Dr. Patel and his amazing team! We are a very happy family and our teeth have never felt better!
