The reviews are pretty accurate, the staff is rude and unprofessional. There are good dentists around, this is not the right choice for sure, an extremely unpleasant experience.

Been a patient at this practice for 23 years before Sharma purchased from Dr Saale. Here I am trying to make an appointment and their desk person doesn’t want to answer the phone when I call rather “text” and say you can’t make an appointment because you cancelled your previous appointment. Here I am thinking this is a “bot” texting rather it’s a very unprofessional employee. Who in this day says if you cancel appointments over years you can’t be seen here anymore. Who turns patients away who pay their bills and in the healthcare business.
Dr Sharma you need to reevaluate your practice and your staff is going downhill. I have recommended 3 patients to you over the years I will no longer do that. As for the employee this morning who didn’t pick up my first call but text me immediately asking what I need, learn some professionalism you are in health care act like you care.
