WARNING. DO NOT GO HERE. I had a terrible experience here- from start to finish. The one blonde nurse was lovely, but all other staff I dealt with were incredibly rude. Day 1, the front desk tells me I have the wrong insurance and that I’m giving the wrong number over the phone. I read the card I was sent from delta dental. I go in May and book an appointment for mid august, which is fine because I am not in pain. Three weeks ago I start experiencing extreme pain, so I call. They see me within days. I am seen and tell the oral surgeon my pain is 7/10. He puts me on antibiotics and I am told the surgery can not be moved up any sooner. It is still two months away.

I call my dentist the next day to explain my experience has not been great and I ask for a referral to another oral surgeon. My dentist calls Here and somehow an appointment opens up for my wisdom teeth to be removed in 3 days. SO grateful! I show up at 11:40 for my noon extraction. My mother drove 45 minutes to pick me up and another 20 minutes to the office. She runs errands and planned to back at 1:30. I look at my watch and realize it is 1:25 and no one has said anything. I am the only one in the waiting room and a staff member has even had their puppy come visit. I am beyond anxious and haven’t eaten or drank anything all day. I ask the front desk staff how much longer and she says “I don’t know not too much longer, maybe 25 minutes?” My mother pulls in expecting for me to be finishing up and I have not even been taken back. RHE FRONT DESK STADF WAS SO RUDE. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT ASKING SOONER. I am in the medical field, and these individuals are so unbelievably unprofessional.

My mom came in and advocated for me to be seen or even just to be told what is going on and the staff argued with us. If I could have left, I would have. I didn’t get seen until 2:10. Surgery went quick and I was done by 3:00. Absolutely no discharge review besides an orange paper. No syringe to wash the site. I called two days later in pain and they told me to come in. Saw a different doctor who AGAIN prescribed me an antibiotic (without even varifying there was an infection). I have been in pain for 8 days now. I just rinsed and I had a bone fragment come out of the right tooth, which I was specifically told by the doctor that he “got everything”. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great time! No,seriously. I was scared,never had a tooth pulled etc. Needed it done because I was in pain. The staff was awesome The Surgeon,even better. I feel 100% . bye bye tooth!! Here is a picture because who doesn't love seeing a wisdom tooth! Yes they let me keep it!! A++++

My wife came here for a wisdom tooth extraction and dental implants. Virginia was the dental assistant and she was wonderful, my wife felt very safe and comfortable. All went according to plan. We both have some anxiety around dental appointments so her coming out of the appointment with a big smile on her face (and a mouth full of gauze lol) was very reassuring. Thank you!

I would stay far away from this place. They were super nice at first, than they got our money. wisdom teeth removal went OK, that is the only reason they have two stars instead of one. My son came out of his appointment for the final portion and said I don't think the guy knew what he was doing at all. Prior to the last procedure both my wife and myself spoke with the office to ensure that we would not need any adjustment to his retainer after the procedure, while we waited for the next steps.

Both people we spoke with assured us he would be fine. We were NOT fine. His retainer DID NOT fit and we were basically told "too bad". My son is a teenager and they essentially told us he was fine to be missing two front teeth for over a month. He spent his entire school vacation in his room until we were able to contact his orthodontist to fix his retainer.

If they had told us the truth from the onset we would have had the retainer fixed that same day. After all that, we decided NOT to use the office they recommended for his teeth, and we were shocked (well not really) that the East Bay put in healing caps that were too small AND one of the implants was crooked! Thankfully the office we used took care of both issues. But when they called East Bay they were also shocked at how rude the lady on the phone was. Stay AWAY from this place!!! Not recommended at all.
