Horrible experience here. I knew I needed a lot of dental work and couldn't pay for it all up front. They said "We'll have Tina call you and you can come in and talk about what your options are and figure out a treatment plan". Never got a call from Tina and let them know that in person at my appointment. Dr Dale said "I'm sorry.

I'll have her call you for sure I promise" Still never got a call from her even after telling them for a 2nd time. When I told them the story about Tina not ever calling me, they gave me no explanation why and instead the woman at the front desk explained the treatment plan and the cost. Because I was in dire need of dental work I forked over as much as I could seeing that I already had my X-rays done and started having work done there. ALL and I mean ALL the appointments took twice as long as what they said. 3 and a half hours to fit a new crown and not exaggerating.

I heard THREE other patients talk about how long the appointments were as well so I'm not imagining it. Now I go to Eagan Smiles where they swiftly and professionally worked out the financial part, normal length appointments, same day crowns and nice staff. So if you want to go to a place that treats you like crap if you can't pay all the out of pocket costs up front and makes you question the dentist's competency go to Eagan Dental Concepts! (Unless they changed their name again to hide from the complaints)

Dr. Hoeffel is the best! She is super kind, caring, and is a great, efficient dentist. I can say the exact same for the rest of the staff, as well. If you have any questions or concerns, the staff will happily answer, and address the concerns.

The facility itself is very clean and organized. At Eagan Dental Concepts, you will receive the highest quality dental care. The team there clearly cares about what they do, as well as the patients.
