BEWARE! When I called to make my first appt. , I asked, "Do you accept Dental Dental?" The woman responded, "yes". According to my policy, my plan, should have covered 100% of the cost, but when I received my EOB, it only covered 80%. I called the office to investigate and the woman who answered the phone was the same woman who scheduled that first appt. and she said, "We accept and file it but we are not in network". That is very different from "Yes.
We accept it". Not being in network, meant that I would be responsible for a greater portion of the bill. I feel as if I was purposely misled to get a new patient on the books. I was going to transfer my care to Dr. Hedlund as he was very pleasant, took his time and the staff were all very nice but given the circumstances, I probably will not.

I love Dr. Hedlund and his staff. Dr. Helund has been my dentist for years. He is trustworthy, cares about his patients and provides quality dental work. Plus, his staff is great!

Dr. Hedlund has been my dentist for 15+ years. He is trustworthy, friendly, and cares about his patients. He also keeps a great staff who is very friendly and approachable. My number two priority after quality of care is appointment wait times.
Unlike other offices where you have to wait unreasonably long (both before and during an appointment), Dr. Hedlund and his staff ensure that waiting is kept to a minimum. A++ for Dr. Hedlund!

We switched to Dr. Hedlund from another local dentist because our insurance changed and we have been very pleased. He does great work at reasonable prices and my whole family has been happy with all of his dental assistants. I was particularly grateful that his practice doesn't push things you don't need. They were also up front about procedures that are urgent versus things that need attention in the future but can wait.
Dr. Hedlund's business manager, Tracy, is fantastic and I can't say enough good things about her. Overall a great practice and team of professionals. Strongly recommend.
