Drs. Freed and Gliksman General Dentistry

THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE DENTIST, RATHER THE RECEPTION PERSON I’m sure the doctors are great, unfortunately I didn’t even get a chance to review them myself. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and called this morning to confirm my appointment which I believe the same lady who should have scheduled it is the one that picked up, and she told me that she didn’t see my name in the system. The earliest time she could have got me in to accommodate my work schedule would be ONE WEEK from now which is a total of 3 weeks I would have had to wait just for someone being incompetent and not doing what they had to do.

The least she could have done was admit to her mistake, but instead when I told her I’ll go somewhere else because I’m not waiting another week, she just said ok thank you. When I had initially made my appointment, I even made sure I confirmed and gave her my number in case a Saturday availability freed up. I should have booked it online, that would have at least been more reliable, and I would recommend any new patients to do the same.

I was really looking forward to going to this dentist, but if the housekeeping from the beginning is not organized, I will just find another dentist to schedule an appointment with.

Began as a patient of Dr. Freed's when I was 43 years old, with teeth that were poor condition. Receding gums and poor bone structure led to the eventual decision to go with dental implants, upper and lower. Dr. Freed was communicative and helpful as to what the process would be like, and he was true to his word. The implant process was not inexpensive. . . . it was, however, virtually painless and now I have a beautiful set of teeth feel great. . . .

. I can chew and enjoy food again. . . . and I get compliments regularly on what beautiful teeth I have. Well worth the time and expense. . . . could not recommend Dr. Freed more highly.

I've been going to Dr. Gliksman for 20 years (scary) and even stay with him now that I've moved an hour away. He really cares about my health, and asks questions about what I want to do. He gives options on when and how to do procedures (e.g., type of material) to best fit what I want. He is a great dentist and a great healthcare provider.

I've had a fear of going to the dentist since I was 8 years old, and Dr. Gliksman knows this. He makes my visits painless and stress free. He always explains what he is going to do before he does it. The office is very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with magazines and other reading material and the staff is very courteous.

I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for Dr. Gliksman to see me when I arrive at the office. I have been going to Dr. Gliksman for approximately 16 years, and I've always had a pleasant experience.
