This is my second visit and im pretty happy about their service. The doctor was very helpful. The reason I didn't give 5 stars because my first visit they didn't communicate to me what was going on with my insurance company. I needed to call them and find out for myself. Other than that great service.

I just got filling last Thursday was having pains the doctor made my feel as though I did know what I was talking about telling me it was something else when all in all it was a hole where the supposed be filling was but he swore me up and down it just needed to be shaved down he made me feel uncomfortable very uncaring of my concerns and basically disregarded it when I was trying to say I’ve never had Work done as far as fillings in my mouth and never had any issues before and I kept trying to tell him it was something way deeper than just a shaving down because the pain was horrible. I never experienced the pain like that.

The other females were very nice and respectful, they made me feel comfortable and they understood my needs and actually listened to what I was saying and how are you supposed to be a doctor/dentist and it took A person With just two year experience to find out what the problem was instantly I just pray that this time everything be OK. I see why some people hate the dentist you going with no issues they tell you his issues so you try to correct the problem before it becomes a major problem and now it seems like a never-ending issue

Wow. In my 27 years of life this is the best dentist office I’ve been to. Jennifer was very nice from checking in and making sure insurance was good. Ky did my X-rays and cleaning. . he was very knowledgeable and informative on everything.

Let’s you know every step of the process and was caring/nice. Dr. Danny was very kind also and straight forward about how to preserve healthy teeth. Can’t wait for my next visit. I also thank Aaliyah for being very kind and referring me to the facility.

I feel like I've wasted my time completely. Nobody answers the phone, and I still don't know what I gained from my first appointment. Why would you list places that don't provide the service I initially sought during the appointment? Update Thanks for your response! I see you’re dedicated to defending your business in the reviews.

Just curious—do you plan on continuing to reply to my feedback, or is it a one-time thing? Referring me to places that don’t offer the services I need feels like a waste of time. Also, giving me a number to call that probably won’t be answered to ask more questions doesn’t make much sense, does it?
