I am the proud mother of an adult son with Autism. The daily challenges that we face its nice to know that there is a dental office with an exceptional staff that works together to make your child, their patient extremely comfortable and free of anxiety. I was blessed to call this office The office was Dr. Z, located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. I had the extreme pleasure of talking to a lovely person by the name of Loren. As a mother when you are seeking services for the special need person in your life, their welfare is a priority, then I was absolutely speaking to the perfect person for that job.

Loren was very kind and listen attentively to my concerns and was very understanding to my son's needs and explained their accommodating services, which put my mind at ease. Loren's friendly voice and warmth of her kind words gave me relief from worry. I felt confident that I called the right place. I looked forward to the appointment and was happy for my son that we found a place where people were happy to help. When we arrived at the appointment we were greeted by a beautiful person with a high energy personality and showed us the care that you want in a doctor's office. I told her she has a gift of making people feel good, it's contagious.

I met the doctor who Loren previously said that she was a very good doctor. Loren was right, the doctor was very thorough in her examination and customized my son's treatment plan and explained to me what that all involved. I left there confident that when we return, my son will receive the highest quality of professional dental services. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Their cancellation policy is extremely unreasonable, emergencies happen… even if you cancel 24 hours in advance, they still keep your deposit. It feels like they’re more focused on making money than actually caring about their patients. This place comes across as money-hungry and unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone. They refused to give me my X-rays to take to the next dentist. They are just awful.

Follow up response: 7/8/2025 I’m being told there’s no patient named Sarah, yet the situation being described matches exactly what I explained — which only proves my point further. I’ve already paid for the services, but I’m still being denied access to my medical records. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. Patients have a legal right to their records, especially after payment. I expected better treatment and transparency.
