I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of availability at Dr. Wax’s Linden office. My son’s Braces are ready to come off, but we’ve been told that if we can’t come in tomorrow that there are no available time slots to schedule his removal for 2 weeks. It’s incredibly frustrating to reach this important milestone, only to be delayed due to the office being too busy and there being a lack of flexibility especially when you see 10 or 12 new patient names for the day on the board outside the door.

The office is also closed on Fridays further limiting availability. We’ve waited patiently throughout his treatment, but this final step is being dragged out unnecessarily. Better planning and consideration for patient needs should be a priority—especially when treatment has already run its course. My Son was sooo looking forward to his first pouch of Big League Chew Bubblegum in 2 years!

Service has gone downhill. We had to rush to the office multiple times after his school to fix the metal hook that came off constantly from his tooth. That is just the first stage of the Invisalign treatment. No apologies and was told it was very common.

I asked how long he still had to wear rubber bands after a few months treatment, the answer was to wear until he doesn't need to. I have just no desire to ask questions any more. Just pray the hooks won't come off that often and be done with it quickly.

I wanted so badly to support this local business, I loved that they have been so involved with the community, it’s what drew me to want to support them. But sadly, my experience was very disheartening. Their billing department mistakenly entered my “electronic signature” and information wrong in our contract and because it’s all done electronically I’m now paying thousands more than I should be.

After making 6+ plus attempts to speak to someone in an attempt to get help, each time I got a different story and in the end they weren’t willing to fix the mistake. It’s truly a devastating burden for our family now, and it should have never happened in the first place. It’s unfortunate how three of our family members have gone here, excited to support them, but when it comes down to money and financial responsibility they are unwilling to take responsibility for a staff mistake.

I suggest asking them to print the contract and let you hand sign, so you know your signature isn’t being misused.
