Can't get anyone to answer. The voicemail tells you to email instead. They still don't get back to you after emailing them. Terrible way to treat potential new patients. Going another direction.

The staff was rude the whole 2 times I went. After that I couldn't get then to call me back to make a further appointment, which they told me to call in to make. I spent 2 months calling in 1-3x a week with no reply, I also was never able to get my dental records from them.

I have a root canal done I few years later the tooth I have on it moves now and I don't have a cap on it now at all so they didn't even finish my root canal at all

I have been going to Dr. Hersini's office for my entire life. I never had great experiences, but I recently (august 2023) went back as an adult after covid, after not having been since 2019. I had no issues with my teeth, no pain, and no discomfort, but I wanted to get a cleaning to take better care of myself. I was told I had a few cavities (not how many) and had to schedule an appointment to get them filled. That wasn't a problem. I went back a few weeks later and got a filling in my top right molar. After leaving, I knew something wasn't right. I couldn't close my mouth all the way because the filling wasn't ground down at all to fit the shape of my tooth. I was also having sensitivity with hot and cold foods. I went back a week later for another filling in another tooth, and I told him about this.
He seemed to have done something, but after leaving, I knew my tooth had been ground down WAY too much. Since August, I can not eat anything too hot, cold, or hard on that side of my mouth. As of February, that tooth started giving me the worst pain of my life. It went up the side of my head and down my neck; ibprophen couldn't touch it. This would go on for several hours until I managed to sleep it off. This pain went on and off until I called to make another appointment this July. A couple of weeks ago, I went in, and they took an x-ray of my mouth. The doctor came in, looked at it, and mumbled something about my insurance company. After asking what was wrong with me, he told me the nerve in my tooth was dead and I had to call my insurance to get "the procedure. " When I went back about a week ago, it took asking straight up what they were doing that day to get any information, and it turned out that I, a 20 year old, had to get a root canal. It was terrifying, and the doctor did not talk to me about the procedure at all.
He just waited for me to open my mouth and started. It would have been nice to know what was going on, especially when he set a blow torch off next to my head. When he finished, I had to set up a follow-up appointment to finish the root canal (I still have no idea what that would entail). Since then, my tooth hurts when I smile, laugh, sing, chew (on either side of my mouth), eat, drink anything cold, or even bite down slightly. My tooth is sharp and jagged and hurts to run my tongue over. I will not be going back, and I am hoping to find a more thoughtful dentist to fix this who will actually speak to me throughout the procedure. I do not, in any way, recommend bringing your child or yourself here. Even if he seems to be the only one to take your insurance (as it was with me), driving further away would be better than dealing with his practice.
