I had an appointment for cleaning, first time with this dentist. I waited for an hour before she finally came to attend to me. I complained about waiting for an hour and she replied, "when you go to the doctor you have to wait!" seriously? and to make matter worse she said I don't have to treat you if you don't want me. I LEFT, beware all the positive ratings must be fake.
The rooms looks clean except that the blinds on her windows are broken and the blinds are undersize for the window, no privacy because her offices are adjourned to a private house. Forewarned is Forearmed.

I have not had any experience other than that lady at the front desk giving me and my family a tone of hostility , we were there in urgency and had questions and what we received was attitude and straightforward bland responses. We were also kicked out because they had “ more patients coming” when they’re were multiple seats open. People deserve to be treated as everyone else: As soon as what I deem regular walked in , guessing this because of the greeting , she greeted this person very different than my family and i . Jobs like that require equal , kind communication and relation skills and I feel and know my family and I did not receive that from this lady.
I don’t know how Other staff are bedsides this lady so I can only rate off of my experience with the front desk lady. Also was given Attitude because I had a face mask on for precautions with the corona. I feel judged not only because of attire but because of my race too. She could’ve spoken to us more civilized and helped us with calamity as someone with emotional intellect and sympathy/empathy would’ve realized the pain my family member was in.

Dr. Naghavi convinced me to replace my perfectly intact amalgam fillings with resin for aesthetic purposes. I had no problem with the original silver fillings I had, but she convinced me I should do it because "it doesn't look good" and "it shows". One of the fillings she replaced was not done properly and left a large gap between 2 of my teeth that had to be filled by another dentist. I am now experiencing sensitivity on another tooth that she unnecessarily re-filled.
On top of that, there are silver flecks from my old fillings left on my teeth, giving off the impression that my teeth are dirty. When I returned to my original, trusted dentist, they explained to me that I'm lucky to not need a root canal after what happened. Dr. Naghavi appears friendly and generous, but she is opportunistic and prioritizes money over the wellbeing of her patients.
