If possible I would provide zero stars! The lady behind the desk that schedules is totally UNPROFESSIONAL to be nice about it! She expected me to do her insurance research which was on the back of the card. Then was very adamant about making sure if my PPO plan that previously paid for a minor surgery would pay for the $100 teeth cleaning. If I were that untrusting of my customers I believe I would change professions. Not to mention, if you say you accept insurance there may be a bit of work involved other than questioning your CUSTOMER as I should know.

I am in Senior Management in manufacturing not insurance claims. Before you schedule an appointment here be sure that your PPO/HMO will pay the bill or they may have you provide a DNA sample. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL! And this obviously wasn’t news to her colleagues because NO ONE spoke up on her behalf.

I was your patient dr. Tom from the time I was like 3 years old till 18 I left after you let a student you were teaching put a filling in my mouth. You both refused to listen to me when I explained I couldn’t close my mouth right. Then the filling fell out, you tried to fix but i was crying and shaking from pain and listening to you angrily demand I hold still and stop shaking.

I ended up being terrified of the dentist after this expirence. I gotta say before this happened I used to love you and you used to treat me very well. But you made no attempt to make up for the work you and your med student messed up. Told me everything was my fault, and I was on my own since I couldn’t handle the pain you wanted to inflict.

If you would have just been nice I would have never left, after this incident I told my dad what happened and he told me stories about him being in horrible pain with you working on him, and my whole family decided to leave your office. I get better care and pain management from the community health center offered by Medicaid. 👎

Easily the best dentistry I’ve been too, my fear of the dentist is gone after this visit! the whole team is very attentive and are there for you and understand how much the anxiety the dentist gives people. Very sweet receptionist as well, she makes sure that you are ready for your appointment and addresses any concerns you may have!! I had a tooth extraction today, from the application of local anesthesia (I was terrified) to the actual pulling I felt NO pain or discomfort. Dr.

Tom is amazing at what he does & I thank all the team for their great work and for taking care of me. I would highly recommend coming here!
