The scheduling process is seamless and flexible—appointments are easy to make, and we’ve always been accommodated when we needed to adjust times due to school or other commitments. We receive timely reminders, which are very helpful.   The office runs on time, which we really appreciate, too! The staff is incredibly kind, happy, and professional.

Everyone, from the front desk to the assistants, treats us with respect and warmth. They are patient, gentle, and always take the time to explain everything to both me and my daughter in a way that’s easy to understand. Dr. O'Keefe has been nothing short of exceptional. She truly cares about her patients—not just their teeth, but their comfort and confidence throughout the process.

My daughter always felt comfortable and even looked forward to visits, which says a lot! She had her braces removed a couple of days ago and she has not stopped smiling, nor should she!! The results Dr. O'Keefe (and my daughter) achieved are gorgeous. We’re so grateful for the level of care and attention our daughter has received. We highly recommend this office to any family looking for top-notch orthodontic care.

May O’keefe is a great orthodontist - so nice and does great work! My daughter just got her braces off and her teeth are so straight! They look great! And I can’t believe the spark retainer - it is so different from the retainer I had a child as it only pops onto the teeth. My daughter has not complained about it even once! Overall great experience!

Dr. O’Keeffe is absolutely the BEST as is her staff!! Beth is lovely, considerate and careful - Mary is efficient and always accommodating. My children both had their Orthodontic treatment here and so I decided as an adult to take care of my teeth too. I’m almost done but we have had years of happy teeth - you won’t be disappointed.
