I REALLY WANNA SUE THEM FRFR‼️ I’ve got a lot of work done here for the past 3 years and received braces and when I say after taken them off I’m still not satisfied and for him to say how straight you want them like that was all he can do I was then over them take this shit off so I can go somewhere else …BUT wait times are ridiculous❌Small space ❌and rude attitudes❌

Feel like they’re playing w people and their hard earned money which is actually disgusting considering it’s not even necessary in this line of work I sent 250$ for a virtual consultation. First off that’s so ridiculous I can’t even believe I did it. Then I received a quote of 18k -I asked for more information since I’d be traveling from out of state and was basically told to just come.

Like it’s nothing for me to just waste my vacation days. Gas. And everything else just to find out what I should have found out after paying 250 for 15 mins on video.

All in all, I feel stupid and I’ve owned up to it after all these months and I’m more upset at myself than anything. For this price I could take my son and my bf to turkey with me and get a whole new smile and maybe even hair transplants It too everything in me not to dispute this charge on my account bc on his site the prices are much different had I know it’s be as high as 18k I would not have even given my time, interest, or money

I got my braces put on here in 2020 and since then it has been hell . To start you are never seen at your appointment time. I have waited nearly 2 hours after my appointment time before I was seen. I ordered new retainers & was told that they would be out sourced and ready in 4 weeks. 5 weeks later NO COMMUNICATION from the office. I pulled up to check on them, all of a sudden “the molds were messed up” so I had to wait an additional 4 weeks for them to be made “in house” .

Here we are 6 weeks later. I called at 8:05 to see if they were ready , I was told that I would get a call back when the finance person came in. I followed up at 10:45 and got the same excuse. The office staff has terrible communication and are not concerned with patients concerns at all. At first I appreciated going to a facility that gave opportunities to young black people but after I get my retainers (IF I EVER GET THEM!) I will never return.

Highly recommended quality dentistry! I have had two teeth pulled, consultations and pricing. I love the PROMPTNESS-in and out they are professional and do not waste any time!!! When “The Slayer” head lady dentist comes in, just know she means business and is also comforting -the entire team. From admission to walking out the door! Tell em I said the slayer they will know lol
