Dr. Lee Boyd leads the area in Invisalign care for teens and pre-teens. His consultation room has state-of-the-art software that allows you a preview of what he can do for your child's smile. Highly recommend this office and his staff - incredible people who are not only great at what they do but are invested in the community and its forward progress.

I called for a new patient appointment, they asked his age (which is 16) and gladly scheduled him an upcoming appointment, saying nothing about his age. They advise me to fill out a new patient form online, which I did, that included his diagnoses of Autism. They then sent me a text message back in about 30 minutes and said, due to his age they recommend an adult dentist due to his being 18 soon. He will be 18 in two years.

I message back and advise them I understand but two years of service is good for now, and due to his autism, a child like environment of a pediatric dentistry makes him feel more secure and comfortable due to being nervous at the dentist. They respond back via text “I’m sorry we can’t help you”. I understand the right to refuse anyone but they let us have an appointment, but until I mentioned his autism, they cancelled and rudely did not respond anything to why he needs a pediatric one versus an adult one or even advise a recommendation, just they couldn’t help me. They were extremely rude and what I felt discriminating of a child with Autism.

Replying to the comment the office left - no matter if it was via text/call you still could have done a meet & greet with the appointment that was made to see if he would have done okay in the office instead of assuming since he had special needs, he was an automatic no as a new patient Considering I’m his mother and know how he would have acclimated, why I chose a pediatric facility is he would feel more comfortable. Not that he would be any trouble, he would have just felt more at ease. But thank you again for your loss of a new patient and ever getting to meet the lovely child he is.

I have taken my daughter to Dr Boyd since she was 3 years old, she is now 20 years and Dr Boyd is the only dentist she wants to go to.

Dr Boyd is absolutely the BEST of the best! We highly recommend him and also his staff, from the registration to the assistants, they are the best! They are kind, gentle, caring and compassionate! I have never heard a child cry while at any of her visits, children actually like going to the dentist, imagine that! Great service! Great people!

Really love this place for my boys! I highly recommend it. Not only is it decorated in a kids friendly manner but they have video games & toys for them to play. It really helps to keep the kids calm while they wait. Plus Dr. Boyd and the staff are incredibly nice & great with the kids.

I love that Dr. Boyd has a consult room to sit and talk with parents/caregivers. He is definitely going to be our dentist from here on out.
