We had to briefly visit another pediatric dentist due to an insurance snafu and my 6 year old was suddenly terrified of the dentist and the office did not make her or I comfortable. We got to go back to Dr J yesterday and all fear was gone and she laughed and talked the entire time.
Thank you for making us feel comfortable and letting her be herself! Fabulous office and staff which make everything that much better! We are so glad to be back!!

My 2 year old autistic son just had a recent visit. I was floored at how receptive my son was to the staff and getting his teeth cleaned. (At home it's like a WWE match is about to happen if I even attempt to get close to his mouth. We have been working on it at ABA and at home. . . ) But that meant I was not sure how this visit was going to go. They directed my son to touch everything first before using an instrument on him - which he enjoyed.
They gave him sunglasses for his eyes so the light wouldn't bother him. He willingly sat in the dental chair the entire time & let them brush his teeth! (Which is a major feat - since he is a sensory seeker who cannot sit still. ) Dr. J came and gave us some great tips and based on our first experience I can't wait for my sons next 6 month check up. Thanks Dr. J & Team.
