Dr. Hoban’s Great Smiles Dental lives up to its name—this place genuinely cares about making your smile shine. I’ve been a patient for 5 years, and what stands out is their focus on comfort. The office has a warm, homey feel with soft lighting and friendly staff who remember your name. Dr. Hoban is fantastic—he explains procedures clearly, never rushes, and has a calm demeanor that eases nerves.
When I was nervous about getting a crown, he walked me through each step and checked in regularly. The hygienists are gentle, and they offer great tips for at-home care. They work with my busy schedule, including early mornings, and handle insurance smoothly. My smile has never looked better, and I actually look forward to appointments now. A gem of a practice!

Yesterday I went to the dentist with the expectation that it was just a checkup and I would have to wait several weeks to be seen again. I get married in a month and have been so self conscious with my smile, and Dr. Hoban literally changed out all my old fillings in my front teeth and made my teeth look so good that I actually feel comfortable smiling again all in the same day! I still could cry happy tears of how good I feel about my teeth now in comparison to how they were before.
The entire staff was extremely kind and nonjudgmental and it was an overall great experience and I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth look right now! He truly cared and took his time to make sure that my teeth were in good condition for my wedding day. The entire staff, the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and the dentist were seriously the most kind people I have ever experienced when getting worked on from a dentist. They completely eased all of my anxiety I have about going to the dentist.
10/10 would recommend.

I have been a patient here for about 10 years. I highly recommend the whole team. I have major anxiety about going but they take care of me to make me feel better. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I FINALLY found my dentist! The staff is amazing. The most friendly office I’ve ever been to. I showed up in excruciating pain and the technician who did my X-rays was so gentle and empathetic. When I met Dr. Hoban and he asked what was going on, I burst into tears (partially from pain and partially from fear).
He handed me a tissue and patiently waited for me to calm down. He didn’t rush me and showed true compassion for my discomfort. He thoroughly explained what was going on, and set up a plan to not only fix the problem, but to help alleviate the pain as well. The receptionist was so helpful. I’m blown away by this incredible group of professionals!
