I've been to this dentist since I was a child and couldn't have better things to say about it. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The check-ups and cleanings are always thorough and reasonably pleasant. They are accommodating for appointment scheduling. I've never had a cavity so they must be doing something right.

I took my granddaughter to a new dentist. The new dentist called Dr Weinberg to get her records transferred. They refused to release her records. Besides this being against state laws, it shows how much they care for their patients. He has shown over and over again that his patients are just a paycheck.

I’m warning everyone to be extremely cautious if you decide to take your children here. I also do not agree that children need to be sedated for dental care. This is extremely dangerous for the child. Dr Weinberg is a pediatric dentist, if he doesn’t want to work on children while they are awake, he should not be a pediatric dentist.

After a full year of being on a waitlist for my sons teeth, dr weinberg saw us immediately and came up with a dental plan that would tremendously help our 5 year old non verbal son. This was the first dentist here in the quad cities that did not turn him away for being autistic and I could not be more grateful to him and the entire staff for making us feel seen and heard. You and your staff are truly what this world needs now more than ever.

This is my first negative review of a business. I genuinely think that most issues with busineses are mistakes or misunderstandings that can be worked out. Unfortunately this office didn't feel the need to even discuss my concerns. I had questions and concerns about the treatment my child received, and was told Dr. Weinberg would call me, but he never did.

I followed up 3 times and was ignored. I also noticed that my EOB showed a different patient amount than what I had paid up front. They told me that's because their office is not in network with Delta Dental, but Delta Dental told me they are definitely in network. I was told by the billing staff that I was not owed a refund, but after being persistent that I know what the EOB means, they sent my refund in the mail but would not return emails with other questions. I requested my child's records and was ignored, until my referring dentist also requested them.

It is definitely true that Dr. Weinberg is great with kids and very friendly. I think that because of this, people don't question things like billing. Just a reminder that if your EOB says "patient portion" is less than the amount you were required to pay up front, you are owed a refund.
