I had the best experience at Dr Johnson office. She actually sang while doing my Root Canal. It really put me at ease. The staff was kind and friendly.

Unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to meet Dr. Erika. Her horrible receptionist ruined her chances of getting my money. I called and asked if my allergies would interfere with my next day appointment. Her response was "that's kinda a stupid question. " I let this go and still showed up to my appointment. The receptionist was making a new patient appointment as I sat in the waiting room.
I wish I had counted how many times she got frustrated and said "Jesus christ" while making a simple new patient appointment. When she told me after waiting 40 minutes it would be another 20 before I could go back I said I'm just going to leave. She tried to step infront of me and make me stay. From reading reviews I'm guessing she didn't want me to leave because this isn't the first bad review she has gotten. I was prepared to spend thousands there with getting 2 root canals. Now, they will never get a penny from me or a referral from me!

I had a Root Canal with Dr. Johnson, her and her staff were absolutely wonderful, had me laughing and feeling very comfortable before the procedure which helped a lot as I am not a fan of dental work and tend to be anxious. Everything was explained to the letter including insurance and patient due amount's were also right on. Highly recommend

I had a Root Canal yesterday and as a veteran of several root canals, this was the best experiences I’ve ever had. Dr Johnson is capable, competent, professional, and thorough! The front desk staff (Cindy and Patty) were welcoming and helpful. The diagnosis was thorough and was reviewed with me in detail prior to any work being done.
Dr Johnson and her assistant worked together as a well coordinated team. The entire procedure was painless. Outstanding job!!!
