We absolutely LOVE Dr Wilmes!! There isn’t one thing negative I could or would ever say about either one of his offices both Wentzville and Warrenton staff members ARE AMAZING and the Doc himself is beyond incredible!! Throughout my life and now my children’s we have yet to come across a more professional and honorable dentist than Wilmes!! He is a stand up man, doesn’t give the run around, doesn’t charge an arm n a leg for his services. He’s a real person that loves his profession and it shows! If you’re looking for a Family Dentist or just yourself (emergency or not) LOOK NO FURTHER you will never go anywhere else once you step foot here!! A++++++ if I could rate 100 stars I definitely would.

We have been going to Dr. Wilmes ever since he came to Wentzville. He is a wonderful dentist he cares about his patients he has helped me out so much. If you want a dentist that cares you need to setup a appointment with this dentist and his staff. Thank you Dr. Wilmes for all you have done for me and my family.

I have been seeing Dr. Wilmes for years. My parents go here as well. Amazing dentist and staff. They treat every patient as they know you personally, make sure you are taken care of, help you when you need it. Does very good work. I moved and drive 30 minutes to see him.
