In 2019 Doctor Foster took a impression for a partial which i paid $500. 00 for. This is 2021 the impression is SITTING IN HER OFFICE NEVER BEING SENT OUT. I have been her patient for over 30 years. She is UNPROFESSIONAL UNSCRUPULOUS. I was told by the receptionist Dr.
Foster had sent me a letter in October stating she no longer was my dentist. If that was the case why was it not known by anyone in her office. If I was no longer Fosters patient why was I able to make two different appointments. One I canceled made another one ,with me receiving text messages reminding me of my appointment. Office is closed on Wednesday so on Tuesday December 2,2021 she Foster had her receptionist call me at 5:10 pm informing me my appointment was canceled. Foster refuse to pay my monies back saying come in I will take another impression and send them to you.
I told Foster I am reporting her to Delta Dental and the American Dental Association. Needless to say I got my money back which she stated she would put it on my credit card. I PAID IN CASH . She Zelle my money to my bank account. I am reporting Cynthia Foster to Delta Dental and the American Dental Association

I've had a lot of dentists in my life. Dr. Foster and her entire practice are the best I've ever had. She gives you her time, doesn't rush it and is fun to talk to which really helps with my anxiety over what we have to do. I didn't feel those shots at all, she knew right where to put them and it wasnt too many. When adjusting my crown for my bite, she did it in her hand outside of my mouth. I appreciated not chomping on the strip and being drilled over and over to get the bite right.
Her assistants have the same chill vibe Dr. Foster has and they know what they're doing. My teeth cleaning was so relaxed. The office staff are easy scheduling, great attitude. Everyone is awesome. I love this practice.
