Dowden Family Dentistry is the definition of family-focused care—warm, skilled, and totally trustworthy. My husband and I have been bringing our two little ones here for 3 years, and it’s the only dental office that makes everyone happy. The waiting area has a small play zone with toys, which keeps the kids occupied, and the staff remembers their names (and favorite stickers!). Dr. Dowden is amazing with children—she turns cleanings into “tooth treasure hunts” and never rushes.

When I needed a crown, she explained the process in simple terms and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They offer weekend appointments, which is a lifesaver for busy parents, and handle insurance smoothly. A practice that feels like part of our community—we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Worst experience. During oral exam, they said some of the fillings needs to be replaced, I did not have any pain prior to that. The filling replacement failed on both booths, had to deal with severe pain. Then a root canal was forced on both the fillings. I am also having billing issues with them. The outstanding amount keeps increasing with out taking any additional service.

Office staff is very friendly. Dr. Dowden is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very gentle with his procedures. Dr.

Dowden and staff are always educating for prevention (for example -How long and when to use mouthwash; how to brush; best products to use) which I think is wise. Kathy is so helpful and answers any questions I have as far as billing. I feel confident with this dentistry.
