Waited forever, just to be told that Dr. Bowen died in April (they never mentioned that when I called to make my appointment) and the new dentist doesn't accept the same insurance so I wasn't even covered. They had me fill out a ton of paperwork and wait 40 minutes before telling me that.

So I’m not usually one to specifically go by peoples reviews. I don’t typically take many one star reviews to be a genuine overall of an establishment. This place, however, is bad enough that I am making my own one star review. If you have dental pain or need a tooth removed, do not go here.
When they pulled my tooth in the back, the woman literally pryed it out. It tooth her several tries and my gum was BROKEN AND FLAPPY afterwards! They gave me nothing for pain afterwards and told me to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. I was in such horrendous pain that I cried for a week afterward. Here it is eight months later and now I have to have work done on a tooth that they filled.
I have had sensitivity to it from the start. I cannot close my mouth or bite down on this filling because it hurts and now a piece of this filling has fallen out, and I have extreme sensitivity and an exposed nerve. Now I’m going to have to go with a different dentist and they’re going to have to pull the tooth that could have been saved Had I not come here.

As a veteran I was a bit nervous aout ppl in my mouth. When I met Dr. Bowen and his team, at both locations, they were really nice and professional. Fixed 2 teeth no issues whatsoever.

I have been coming Here for over 2 decades. Everyone has always been so pleasant. Yes sometimes the wait time is long. But if you get there early enough you'll be out fast
