Not a great practice if you have a true dental phobia like myself — so far. That awesome office manager of 21 years is trying to help problem solve. This however does not seem to be their specialty. Dr. Rose seems like a fine gentleman — sorta. But he did not have good bedside manner with me personally. He was unable to provide in-house great accommodations if you have a true dental phobia.

I’m suprised he has a BA in psychology because he was softly chuckling at my distress in the chair getting an exam for a large filling near the root. Tha was a surprise and a black mark on such a fine establishment. Apparently they only use one medication as policy for anxiety. Yet, he deviates from this policy and though this medication probably would have been a good fit given past experience he believed the risks did not outweigh the benefits. He’s entitled to that decision I I do have to say I chuckle at that Just a little. I have extensive training and a PhD in chemistry, and I understand what actually needs to go into that analysis. It’s not an on The fly decision at the patients chair.

I really don’t understand how A medication I have tolerated well multiple times in the past is safer than a drug concoction that he was offloading to the doctor adjacent to their building. When asked what’s in that drug cocktail he said I don’t know. I was frustrated. Seemed like a waste of time. It was stressful.

Traveling Adventures

This place is a joke. The prices are sky high and the dental assistants, and even the dentists don't know what common medications are for, and they do not care. Dr. Rose needs to move on, rude and arrogant. They fill your teeth with the softest material, only to fall out, then charge again the same exact price for the hardest material. They just want to bill another office visit and create more pain for the patients.

Insurance calls that fraud. Dr. Dodd is non-existent. They do not care enough for the people and insurance companies that they rip off. It's really sad that the ladies up front agree with the patients.

I have been a patient here for years. For an example of how this practices takes care of its patients: Last week at 4pm on a Thursday, I dislodged a permanent crown. I called the office and left a message and was preparing to deal with tooth pain all weekend. I got a call the next morning and was sitting in a chair at 9am Friday getting the crown reattached.

Approximately one “business hour” later. This practice is the real deal, folks.
