The worst dentist I have had the misfortune of visiting. They never had the same person in the room for longer than 10 minutes. Took multiple X-rays that I later found out where not covered was not informed about that or told about the possibility. My appointment was a teeth cleaning and that should have been it. Almost 2 months later is when I got the bill. On top of a horrible receptionist and the dentist clinking the metal dentist tool against my teeth.
I do not recommend this clinic at all. Save your money and go see anyone anywhere else. Also does not have a fax machine to send off info to other clinic. They can email but some only take fax.

I had my first appointment and I have very high dental anxiety. Everybody was really nice and really cared about my anxiety. They really took their time and helped me feeling more at ease. They informed me about all my necessary procedures and options and I definitely trust them that they will take good care of me.
Everybody at the office is very nice and kind and makes you feel that they really care about you! I can definitely recommend them and especially if you do have as much anxiety as I did. I had not seen a dentist because of that and because I had some bad experiences before. They really made me feel very comfortable and really helped with my anxiety!

If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, I cannot recommend this office enough. After avoiding the dentist for years due to fear and negative experiences, I finally found a place where I felt genuinely cared for and at ease. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member treated me with kindness, patience, and understanding. The office itself is impeccably clean, and they are completely transparent about treatment plans and costs- no surprises, just honesty and care.
Doctor Dixon is truly exceptional. She not only has an incredible skill set but also a heart for her patients. She recognized my anxiety immediately and went out of her way to make me comfortable, even playing soothing music while she worked. She was gentle, reassuring, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process.
Miranda is an absolute gem! Her attention to detail during my cleaning was outstanding, and she was so gentle that I never once felt discomfort. Every person in this office genuinely goes above and beyond, making what was once a dreaded experience into something positive. If you're in the Fort Eisenhower area and searching for a dentist who truly cares, I wholeheartedly encourage you to visit this office. They have changed the way I feel about dental care, and I’m so grateful to have found them!

Dr.Dixon, Nikki, Denise, and Miranda were wonderful at my visit. Now I’m walking out with the BEST SMILE ever! I LOVED how they communicated with me during my procedure. I LOVE DOCS! I will be coming back!
