Today’s visit was not too great! We usually have a good experience as staff are pleasant. However today, the dental hygienist assigned to my 5 year old daughter was not friendly and lacked patience. I was very taken back by her irritation with my daughter as she was cleaning her teeth. My daughter just had significant dental work done a few months ago and is recovering from the trauma of it all so she was a little hesitant to opening her mouth.

The dental hygienist’s behavior was a little inappropriate especially with a pediatric patient. Sighing loudly, slamming the instruments down on the tray, throwing the toothbrush and floss on my daughter’s lap. I attempted to help and calm my daughter by rubbing her face, the hygienist slapped my hand away. She then aggressively ended the cleaning, walked towards other staff and made a snarky comment.

Not really pediatric friendly to me at all. Perhaps, they can use an in service that address quality patient care and how to handle difficult children.

This visit to Doc Breslers was rather disappointing. I take my boys to the dentist to get their teeth checked and cleaned, not to be talked down to, talked about when you think I’m not in the room and certainly not for parenting “tips” or what have you. I chose not to get the fluoride for my toddler because I knew he was cranky prior to getting out of the car.

Having the hygienist question me several times about a decision I already made was completely ludicrous. Then to have her make a comment while she thought I wasn’t in the room about “not being able to control him getting cavities” was beyond unprofessional and honestly stupid. To then have the dentist talk to me about “rewarding bad behavior” which I did not ask about, I was not doing and do not care about your opinion.

My toddler was scared to go to the dentist today and was very irritated and upset so he was not trying to comply with anything. I was also told the toddler had a cavity beginning but I did not see any X-rays (he only got a partial) to prove this. Terrible visit

Very pleasant staff!! I have been taking my children here for over 15 years and they have always provided stellar service. Wait times are limited and staff always greet me before and after my children’s visits. Services performed at each visit are explained and they always make sure they’ve fully answered any questions.

This was our second visit, and just like the first time, the experience was fast, friendly, and professional. In the past, we’ve had dental clinics recommend unnecessary major procedures, and unfortunately, that led to our child undergoing surgery during a very sensitive stage — something we still regret. But at Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters, they make everything simple, clear, and never push extra treatments. We really appreciate how they only focus on what’s truly needed, without adding unnecessary costs.

That gives us a lot of trust and peace of mind as parents. Highly recommended for any family looking for honest and professional dental care.
