Great guy, but my experience going to see him was very traumatic. I initially went there for an emergency visit because my crown fell off my tooth. I just wanted to see what we needed to do with it. He proceeded to do a cleaning on my teeth which I didn't go in there to see him for. Which was a very pathetic cleaning. My second visit with him I had to get my tooth pulled because of my crown falling off tooth it was cracked.
I had never been so nervous about being in a dentist chair before. After telling him I needed more novocaine because I could still feel him drilling into my tooth I could smell the burning from the drilling of the tooth that would be massed away from the water that the assistant would be spraying into my mouth if he had one with him but he didn't, it was just him. I started gagging. He didn't ask if I was okay or anything. His hygiene was very bad. He had very bad BO.
I was shaking in the chair the whole time. I won't be returning even for a follow-up appointment. I'm going to go find someone else for that. I'm terrified of going to the dentist now.

Had a tooth break and called Dr. Bram, he was able to fit me in between patients and work with me to feel safe and comfortable with everything. He was extremely compassionate and listened to my concerns and fears. He works fast and does his best to help ease the nervousness. So grateful for his help.

Torture My experience with Bram's dental practice was profoundly distressing. Initially, I was assured that the procedure would be manageable with local anesthesia; however, I found myself enduring excruciating pain throughout the process. Bram placed a total of five implants—three in one appointment and two in another—yet within a mere two weeks, I began to experience complications as the implants started to fall out. After deciding to terminate my treatment with him due to the lack of satisfactory results, I requested a refund for the considerable financial investment of $14,000.
Regrettably, Bram refused to comply with my request. Consequently, I was left with no choice but to seek care from another dentist who ultimately corrected the substandard work performed by Bram. This entire ordeal has been not only financially burdensome but also emotionally taxing, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering his services.
