I had made the office aware that although I have very good teeth, I had not been to the dentist for a long time. Staff were friendly overall, but my first appointment felt very rushed. Hygienist was a sub, I think, and was capable but not gentle. Dentist looked at my teeth for maybe two minutes. I was almost shoved out the door without my fluoride treatment, which I paid extra for, and which was then applied as quickly as possible. I gave them grace because I thought maybe that was just an extra busy day, and I came back to have a filling replaced.
At that time, I was having minimal pain with hot and cold. That was done as quickly as possible with no small talk about the condition of the filling or my tooth in general. The drilling wasn't painful, but it was pretty rough. The girl who filled it said I was good to go and could eat as usual. My tooth began hurting worse than before I had the filling almost immediately and continued to hurt for two weeks. I couldn't chew.
My jaw was throbbing. Finally, even my cheek down to my lip felt weird. I was afraid to come back here. I made an appointment elsewhere and discovered the tooth was cracked in three places, and I now have to have a crown.

They work very well with each other, with their patients and with the insurance, to create a dental care plan that works best for each individual.
