1-Star Review: Disappointing Experience I am incredibly frustrated with Dino Dental and would strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere for their children's dental care. My experience with them has been consistently disappointing, primarily due to two major issues: Firstly, their communication is virtually non-existent. I've sent multiple email inquiries regarding billing questions, and not a single one has ever been returned. It's impossible to get information or clarity when they simply ignore digital communication, and frankly, it feels incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Additionally, the phone number on their billing documents goes to a phone that is never answered.

Secondly, their billing and insurance processing is a complete mess. Despite providing my insurance information well in advance and confirming coverage, they consistently do not properly charge insurance. This has led to unexpected out-of-pocket expenses and a constant battle to get them to correct their errors which ultimately I had to do their job and file an appeal with the insurance to get coverage. It's an ongoing headache that no parent needs, especially when dealing with medical bills. Beyond these significant problems, the overall organization of the office seems to be lacking.

Trying to schedule, confirm, or resolve any issue feels like pulling teeth (pun intended!). While the staff might be friendly in person, the systemic failures in communication and billing overshadow the positive interactions during the actual cleaning. Hopefully this review gets some notice an resolution to my issue promptly.

We had the most wonderful experience for our first appt with our twins today. The staff was so kind, the hygienists were patient and caring to our twins needs and sensitivities and the dentist was efficient and knowledgeable! We are so excited to have found Dino Dental and I know the kids will not be nervous to come back!!!

My son saw Dr. Co & Shavon & when I tell you they were the sweetest providers we have ever been to, I mean it. They were patient and kind. My son asked 1000 questions and was just a very curious kid. They didn’t rush, they didn’t try to get him to hurry and sit down, they truly engaged and took their time to get the desired results. We will be back! I am happy we found this dental office.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Dino Dentist Raleigh! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and so patient with my child, who was a little nervous at first. The dinosaur-themed office is adorable and made everything feel fun and relaxed. They are incredibly kind, explained everything in a kid-friendly way, and made sure we were both comfortable every step of the way.

My child left smiling and actually excited to come back! I can’t recommend them highly enough for any parent looking for a great pediatric dental experience.
