Jacky is amazing. She is wonderful and has the patience with little children. She also educated me regarding dental at home. She made My daughter experience great and would recommend her. Actually I want her to continue to being my daughters dental hygienist. The practice is very vibrant and they have tv’s and sketch pads and toys to entertain the little’s. I love Dr.

Anna as well. Dino dental only allows one parent in the back but I guess bc it’s super small. My husband wanted to go back especially since it was our children first time. Our last dental office allowed us all to come in the back. But there is a big glass door that you can look in to know your children aren’t being mistreated but you wouldn’t know what is being said to them. Me personally I do not leave my children unattended anywhere so at least they allowed one parent. I also do not like how they require a Credit/Debit card to be on file even with insurance.

I have never had this issue before out of all my years of going to the dentist. Neither did I like that it took 3 months to get my children seen because they were booked so far out which put their 6 months routine behind when moving here. I almost didn’t follow through with going there & was going to look elsewhere for my kiddos based on their policies. But my experience with Jacky has changed my mind.

We had such a great experience!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had to step out to change my babies diaper and they played with my 2 year old in the lobby play area. The doctor took time with me and explained the X-rays and plan of care. AND my daughter was not afraid at all to get a cavity removed!… they made it fun for her.

(While also explaining why cavities are not good ;) ) This is what healthcare should look like. And I was greeted with a friendly smile the entire time. Thank you!!

I have been taking my kids here since we moved to the area about 2 years ago. I am about ready to find a new provider for my kids. You book appointments 6 months out and they change them without even letting you know. You arent made aware until your reminders come out and they don't match your initial appointment card. This has happend three times to my family. If you can't make those time they are weeks out for appointments.

If your child needs a filling those are also months out. This time they moved my afternoon appointment to an 8 am which worked out for us. We arrived early, they open the doors right at 8, checked in with two other families who had two kids each. They took both families back and my daughter and I waited for 25 minutes until I finally said something. I asked how many Dental Assistants they have and she said they had four working today. So why on earth would you schedule 5 kids for 8am appointments when you only have four DAs working.

As soon as I said something they called someone to take my daugter back but still frusterating. If I were 25 min late for my appointment it would have been canceled with a same day cancellation fee. The care my kids receive once they are in the chair is fine but the administrative side is rough.

My daughter was recently seen at this office for a routine dental visit. My daughter and myself really enjoyed our visit there. Front desk staff are friendly and got us checked in quickly. Dr.

Evans and Karina did a great job and was so personable. My daughter felt at ease during the x-rays and cleaning. Not everyone can work with children but this team did an excellent job and the office is very child friendly.
