Came in to have a filling replaced. Expressed concern about sensitivity from dental work done this office a couple weeks prior. My concern was dismissed after being told “it can’t seriously be that bad”. When I asked if I could wait to have the filling replaced was told “yeah that’s fine, I wouldn’t wait but do whatever you want”.

I left feeling terrible and could not believe anyone would treat their patients this way. I will not be going back there and neither will my family.

Had a poor experience during a filling. Spoke up about pain I was feeling and it was dismissed. I was asked if I could “power through”. I was then made to feel like I was lying about my oral hygiene routine at home and was told to “just be better”. These are just a couple examples from numerous I could share from one experience.

As a patient care provider myself in the medical field…I’d have never talked to or treated a patient this way. The hygienist and front desk staff were very nice but my family will no longer be visiting this practice. When discussing this interaction with friends and work colleagues they too experienced a similar interaction at this practice and have also left.
