I've been a patient for a couple years now. My hygienist is great, and dentist is great. Recent visit that involved a new dental assistant fell short of expectations. I've never had dental problems or issues with occasional discomfort, but when the new dental assistant doesn't listen to my request and insinuates it's my fault she is causing pain...that's not reasonable.

I cannot thank Dr Ross and her assistant Kay enough. I had an emergency situation where I broke my tooth and I was in a lot of pain and Desert Hills booked me an appointment right away. Dr Ross and Kay were amazing. The procedure went so smooth and easy. I’m writing this a day after having them work on my teeth and it’s like I never broke my tooth to begin with. Pain free and you cannot tell there was ever a problem.
I will be using Dr Ross only for now on. Side note, everyone there was so kind and helpful throughout the process and when I go to a dental office I expect it to be clean; this place was pristine. Best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had. Thank you again Dr Ross, Kay and the rest of the team at Desert Hills.

My first dental appointment in 11 years. Yes hard to believe but I’ve had bad experiences before until I walked in here. Overall incredible experience from signing in to leaving the wonderful people that work here not only make you comfortable but they make you smile.
Listened to my concerns and sensitivity to cold and to scraping. I’m not an anxious or stressed guy but the dentist for some reason has always been that one thing for me, but going forward I actually for once look forward to going back and getting my fillings done! Beyond amazing seriously thank you!
