From the moment I voiced concerns about the long wait, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. My children did not receive the quality care they deserved. The dental assistant explained the plan of care and even prepared the room—but after waiting over 45 minutes, no one came to update us or check in. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Is AIDET not practiced at this office? The plan that was clearly explained never happened.

Instead, when the male Doctor finally came in, all he did was place toothpaste on a toothbrush and swipe it on my children’s teeth. That was the entire visit. I left feeling hurt and honestly, like I was being retaliated against. I don’t want to assume discrimination, but the level of care we received certainly made it feel that way. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism, poor quality of care, and the overall sense of being dismissed.

Dr. Revell has always provided excellent care for my children, but she was not available during this visit—and the difference was stark. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously. Every patient—especially children—deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and proper communication in a healthcare setting.

Always super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and able to answer questions thoroughly. They have been very patient with my daughter on her first visit she was very uneasy with dentist. Now she feels completely comfortable! Hallways and rooms are fun for children with vibrant colors and characters.

We recently moved out of the metro and still make the 45 minute drive back to the Waukee location! Dr Rachel is absolutely amazing with my kiddos. She is so patient with daughter who can be very nervous at first. I love that she interacts with both kids and asks about both children even tho only one is being seen.

The hygienist always interacts with both kids while we wait and makes the experience easy.
