She is very friendly as is her staff. It makes me sad to share this: on both mine and my husband's first visit she gave us both extensive plans to crown multiple teeth. In less than a year we both had her crowns fail and had to have the teeth removed. I was talking with a friend who just had her tooth pulled because her crown failed.

Yes, she was also seeing Dr DePaoli. They are nice but be wary. It ended up costing us a lot of money because insurance won't pay if the crown fails within 5 years.

One and only visit. I chose Dr. DePaoli for the good reviews after having to switch my dentist for insurance coverage reasons. After waiting patiently for a few months for a visit and after developing sensitivity in one tooth, I was looking forward to my first visit. It lasted 5 minutes the most.

The sensitive tooth, painful to chew on, the solution- a rinse. Called the office after another 2 weeks of using the rinse without any result, the second solution-pull the tooth out. I've never worked with a dentist who is not willing to look more into what the problem is- remove the filling, suggest root canal, etc. Switching to another dentist with hopefully more success.

Every visit to this practice is awesome! The entire staff is so friendly. Nobody likes going to the dentist but Dr. DePaoli and her staff are so caring, professional and compassionate it makes every appointment enjoyable. I’m so glad I found this practice.

I’m always interested in how a private practice runs as I had one as a cardiologist for nearly 30 years. The entire team is top notch, from beginning to end of visit. This not only reflects Dr D’s competence but compassionate care for both patients and staff. Good staff don’t stick around in a depressing place, they leave. She’s had many of her staff for years.

That says a lot. Dr D is extremely good at her job and I respect her judgement and perhaps more importantly, she is well respected by her peers as well. Additionally, the primary care dentist is only as good as the referrals to specialists they make and her referral pattern is also top notch. I have 4 other relatives who go to this office and all give it a big 5/5 rating.
