Moved here recently after being unsatisfied with another local dentist. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Dentologie clearly is trying to change the stereotypical drab dental experience into a more pleasant one and they are succeeding. When you enter, you are welcomed by friendly faces in an environment more akin to an inner city cafe that is warm and inviting.

The dental rooms are equally beautifully presented. The staff put an emphasis on YOU and consistently try to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.

Reading through some of these reviews I'm realizing other folks have had the same experience as I have. I was told I had 3 cavities during my cleaning. I had just been to another (amazing dentist) 6 months prior and religiously go to the dentist every 6 months. I had to switch dentists because of insurance. The filling of those 3 cavities took THREE HOURS all said and done, and I still have sensitivity in that spot 6 months later.

There was no sensitivity there before. This place is expensive, it's incredibly hard to get things scheduled or cancelled, they take forever, and I am not convinced I actually had those 3 cavities. It's also quite hard to get someone at that actual office on the phone, which makes for very challenging rescheduling. I would not recommend this place.

I was having terrible jaw pain and a receding gum that was in need of urgent dental care because I couldn't eat or sleep and missed work. Nothing seemed to be helping with the discomfort. My primary dentist didn't have an opening for another 3 weeks, and I couldn't sit and wait for the condition to worsen.

I called about 10 dentists who were all booked a month out, and miraculously Dentologie had a same-day appointment and they got me in there asap, addressed all of my concerns, maximized my insurance benefits to help pay for a new mouth guard and sent referrals to the specialists who will be treating the condition. Then I received a call from the specialist, the scheduler said they were booked out pretty far, but suggested I send her a photo to show the doctor. And they called back and put me on the schedule for the very next Monday! The entire experience was so positive with much needed empathy, I was scared to go because of the cost and what the pathology might be, and they put me right as ease.

Thank you so much! 10/10 recommendation.

Garret Kingston

Dr. Kerre took the time to explain everything that she saw on the imaging. While dental work is never fun, the process is much less intimidating when someone explains it thoroughly. I really appreciate her calm demeanor and welcoming smile! Everyone in the office was wonderful as well! :)
